Cruise Services
As part of our Cruise Services, we work together with cruise line companies to offer creative options, matching cruiser interests and activity level.
We understand that shore excursions are a very important part of your business and customer experience.
The growth in the cruise industry and demand for unique itineraries is leading to an increase in smaller lesser-known ports of call. Very popular with cruisers, it is at these smaller ports that they seek authentic experiences, adventures in the nature and cultural insight.
As local experts, we have the knowledge and resources to provide a variety of cost effective options across the big and small ports, which travellers will not find elsewhere.
For luxury, boutique and expedition cruise liners, we specially curate shore tours to match the cruise experience you would like to provide.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and when needed, we can customise tours as per specific guest requests while they are on board.
Apart from shore trips, we also assist with ground handling needs including:
– Airport meet and greet, transfers
– Pre and post programs including hotels, car rentals and guided tours
Our values include a high level of commitment to quality, service and safety. With years of experience in the business, you can be assured of a high level of detail in planning, timely and dependable communication, and flawless execution of services.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would like to know more.
We look forward to hearing from you!
