Our sea angling tour is a two-hour adventure and an unforgettable experience for everyone. The tour is set in the beautiful fjord Arnarfjordur, which is known for its rich fishing grounds.
We set sail from the harbour in Bildudalur and reach the fishing grounds in roughly 15 minutes. Once we reach the fishing grounds, our captain/guide will help you learn how to handle the gear and get comfortably situated. The most common types of fish we catch are cod and haddock.
There’s nothing like having a successful fishing tour while surrounded by nature and breathtaking views.
Our crew can prepare the catch for you to take home at the end of the tour.

Although it is rare, we cannot guarantee that we will catch a fish. However, we will try our best and irrespective, it will be a great day out in the nature.

It is possible to have a longer tour for an extra cost per hour.
Preparation for the Tour
• Clothing suitable for Icelandic weather. We recommend multi-layered clothing including a non-cotton base layer, fleece or wool mid-layer and wind- and water-proof jacket and pants. Always err on the side of caution and dress for cold & wet weather when unsure.
• Cap to cover the ears and gloves
• Camera if you would like to take photos.

• Private boat trip with a captain who will also assist you with the sea angling
• Equipment for sea angling and life jackets
• Optional: Preparation of your catch to take home
• Optional (at an extra cost and needs to be requested in advance): Sandwiches or drinks on the boat

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 36 hours before the tour departure should be confirmed by calling the number on your tour confirmation. The onus for ensuring that the cancellation has been communicated is with the customer.
We offer a full refund for cancellations 24 hours before departure. Less than 24 hours before the tour departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
If a tour is cancelled due to bad weather or any operational problems, we offer a full refund.
